Please mention that Gay City generally will not release inconclusive results, nor will we release reactive/positive results without first connecting with clients.

In the Observation Identifier (i.e. test type), the keywords to look for on your results are:

  • Positive/reactive: Tested positive
  • Negative/nonreactive: Tested negative

In the test above, the HIV test indicates a negative result. For the RPR Qualitative (Syphilis), the STI test result is nonreactive (or negative).

Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center is pleased to offer free HIV/STI testing, PrEP navigation, and Healthcare Navigation at the Sea Mar Federal Way Medical Clinic! To book an appointment, please select “Sea Mar – HIV/STI Testing” in either English or Spanish in our appointment scheduler: gaycity.org/Appointments. We accept walk-in appointments on a first-come, first-served basis from 9am to 11am, and appointments from 11am to 5pm, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Scheduling an appointment in advance is still the leading way to minimize the wait occasion. No ID or insurance is required!

Testing and treatment services are at our Washington West location at 1201 Locust St. At Washington West, the following testing and treatment services are available:

  • HIV Testing
  • STI testing (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, herpes, Mgen, Hepatitis B and C)
  • Treatment of UTI (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, herpes, and Mgen).

All testing and treatment require insurance and/or sliding scale discount program.

HIV Testing at Bainbridge

You can now show up to our Bainbridge Street location (1348 Bainbridge Street) for HIV Testing. Hours are Tuesdays - Fridays from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Free HIV Home Testing Kits

You can now pick up a free HIV Home testing kit at our Washington West location or order online through the Philly Keep on Loving website.
