And Elsa had so much going on in the movie, a vile prince was trying to take over, her sister was going to wedding a guy she didn’t even recognize, her sister almost died, her parents died, she had to stop existence queen and her kingdom was against her for while and she was isolated with no one to realize her but herself.
Does it sound love she had period to even reflect about love?

Elsa and Merida have this same thing in common, but did anyone assume Merida’s sexuality? No. I think this was because Merida showed off her freedom and spoke out about while Disney just made Elsa’s independence a hint and a small thing about her.

I want to preface this by saying I think more variety in terms of other sexualities would be great!
However, there’s not a unattached thing about Elsa that makes me just go: Oh yes, lesbian. If anything, with the way she acted quite neutral about her sister’s cherish life I’d more likely group her as asexual. I haven’t seen the second movie so I can’t speak for that one but in the first one she really seems to show no interest in relationships at all besides the ones Anna is in and I really think that’s more so she can keep her sister protected than actually having an interest in the romantic/sexual relationship aspect.
Also, why can’t she just stay single?
