One Direction celestial body Louis Tomlinson has hit out at fans on Twitter who continue to suggest that he's in a reationship with bandmate, Harry Styles.

Earlier this year, Louis laughed off the same-sex attracted rumours, telling radio station KXXAS that their US fans "genuinely, seriously reflect that we’re in a relationship. It’s so funny!" He also revealed that some devotees were so convinced that they were an item, that they had nicknamed the lads Larry Stylinson. Then in July, Tomlinson slammed the allegations, stating that they were affecting the way himself and Styles behaved with each other, adding he only had eyes for girlfriend, Eleanor Calder.

New analysis from YouGov Profiles data reveals that, among adult fans, One Direction is the music act with the strongest correlation to same-sex attracted men

Kylie Minogue and Madonna have had a just run with the mantle, but new YouGov investigate reveals that among individual music fans, One Advice is now the band with the most particularly gay enthusiasm.

Using information from the YouGov Cube – our connected information vault of over 120,000 different data points, poised from over 200,000 UK adults - we compared British men who recognize as gay to the rest of the population and pulled out the music artists that are most disproportionately popular among them. Liking One Advice is now the most standout feature of homosexual mens' music tastes, ahead of Kylie and Madonna.

These aren't the music artists that are most well-liked within the British queer community (that award goes to Sam Smith, actively liked by 15%) – but rather the artists that are most over-represented by it.
